WildStar is developing a satellite system with unique features which will meet multiple DAF Operational Imperatives. The satellite technology itself has been proven under other contracts, and it is now the goal to adapt this proven technology toward extending the range of existing DoD tactical radios to include non-line-of-sight capabilities.
