Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Atlas aggregates public and third-party information about the U.S. government and defense market and provides search, analysis, scoring, and related tools. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service, including all scores, rankings, indices, match and win-probability estimates, summaries, and analyses, is provided for general informational purposes only and reflects Belleau Labs' opinions and automated estimates derived from public and third-party data.

• The Service is not legal, financial, investment, accounting, procurement, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for your own due diligence or qualified professional advisors.
• We do not guarantee any outcome — including that you will identify, qualify for, be awarded, or win any contract, opportunity, teaming arrangement, or funding.
• Estimates and predictions are inherently uncertain; past or projected results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for any decision or action you take based on the Service.

The Service relies on data from public, government, and third-party sources that we do not control and that may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unavailable. AI-generated content can contain errors or omissions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or output, and you should independently verify information before relying on it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except as we expressly permit;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data and outputs except as expressly permitted;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law;
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures;
• Introduce malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Service to harm others.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Belleau Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Your Content as needed to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Service — including its software, design, text, and the compilation, scoring, and presentation of data, and the "Atlas" and "Belleau Labs" names and logos — is owned by Belleau Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing frequency, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase.
• Paid plans renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes. We may change pricing with prior notice, effective on your next billing cycle.
• Except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.

The Service may interoperate with or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Belleau Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data or output will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belleau Labs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Belleau Labs and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at privacy@belleau.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Belleau Labs regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Atlas uses publicly available government data but is an independent commercial product. Belleau Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government or any agency.
